Funded by Equal Opportunities Commission, our Foundation has carried out a research project named:

"Baseline Survey on Attitudes of Human Resources Practitioners towards Employment of People with Physical Disabilities"

We have invited HR professionals and collected their attitudes towards the employment of the disabled. 

Our aims:

• To find out companies' attitudes towards the employment of the disabled
• To discuss the situation where companies would like to employ the disabled
• To generate strategies in order to help the disabled get employed in HK
